Cancellation Policy


IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION

At The Brow Boutique, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and our artists, please review our updated booking and cancellation policy below:


Booking

credit card is required to hold all appointments.

We no longer require deposits at the time of booking.

Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This policy now applies to all services, including permanent makeup appointments.


Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will result in a 50% service charge to the card on file.
