Cancellation Policy

Please read our DISCLAIMER carefully. Our booking fee is non-refundable and required at the time of booking any service. *If any of the contraindicated conditions are discovered at your appointment, we will not be able to continue with the treatment. You will need to reschedule or cancel depending on the nature of the issue. A new booking fee will be required to reschedule.



Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule with a new booking fee. No exceptions. You must fill out the online waiver prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not and filling it out when you arrive may result in your technician running behind and can result in having to reschedule your appointment and loss of booking fee. A new booking fee will be require to book the rescheduled appointment. 

If you need assistance filling out the waivers, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

 Please plan accordingly, especially if you are traveling from out of town. Our scheduling is very structured and we do not wish to cut into other clients appointment times.



For safety reasons no children or pets will be allowed at your appointment. Our rooms are equipped for one person. Guests will not be allowed in the service rooms. Any persons under the age of 18 years old will not be allowed to be left alone in the waiting area. This will result in the forfeiting of your appointment and will be asked to reschedule with a new booking fee. 



All booking fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 1 week prior to your scheduled Permanent Makeup appointment, 48 hours prior to your Lash Extension appointment and 24 hours prior to any other service. This allows us the opportunity to fill that slot in a timely manner. You may use our online booking system to reschedule without losing your booking fee. If you have to cancel your appointment we offer you a credit to your account if cancelled before the designated cancellation time, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future appointment. However, if you do not cancel prior to the allotted time, you will lose the payment for the appointment.


You will be allowed ONE courtesy reschedule without losing your booking fee. Rescheduled appointment must me made at the time of call or you will forfeit your booking fee. This courtesy is one per person, not per appointment.


NO SHOWS will lose their booking fee and will be required to pay another booking fee.
