The Brow Boutique is a high-end, modern boutique salon located at the corner of Bardstown Rd & Eastern Pkwy in the heart of the Highlands. Our space is known for elevated results, a calm and polished environment, and a client experience that feels both luxury and welcoming.

In-House Team Opportunities

From time to time, we hire for select positions on our in-house team. These roles are best suited for professionals who value consistency, client care, and working within a refined boutique environment.

Independent Artist Opportunities

(Chair & Private Room Availability)

In addition to our in-house team, we also welcome a limited number of independent artists through a curated application process.

This is not a high-volume rental salon. Our goal is to create a cohesive collective of established professionals who align with our standards and elevate the overall boutique experience.

Available spaces may include:

Chair Rentals (Common Area)
Best suited for brow artists, makeup artists, or estheticians focusing on brow services or lash lifts. These stations are located in shared, open areas and are not intended for private or medical services.

Private Rooms
Private rooms are equipped with a sink, cabinetry/shelving, and an electric treatment bed. These spaces are ideal for lash artists, facialists, advanced estheticians, skincare services, and injectors. Injector rooms include sharps disposal wall mounts and glove holders.

Who We’re Looking For

To protect the integrity of our space, all applicants are carefully reviewed.

We are seeking professionals who:

Hold an active, valid license appropriate to their services

Carry professional liability insurance

Have an established clientele and consistent booking history

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Align with our brand aesthetic and professionalism

This space is best suited for artists who are already established and ready to grow within an elevated boutique environment.
